The Eagle Ridge Complex of Townhouses and Condominium buildings has an expansive Recreation Center that is the envy of many in Mississauga. Lower level Billiards, two raquet ball courts, weight exercise room and saunas plus a recentlt updated pool and spacious secluded outdoor patio.

While the two rise buildings dominate the intersection of Erin Mills Parkway at Burnhamthorpe Road, the South Common Mall is a greater attraction to the population of  Eagle Ridge and the Nevada. Community Events like a trip to the Blue Jay Baseball Games, or a bus to the Casino are being organised according to resident interest (signups).

The Recreation Centre includes a Party Multi Purpose room that Vaults to an incredible four storey height with wood burning fireplace and offices meeting rooms and a fully functional kitchen. Parties are held on may weekends for Bridal Showers and Family Gatherings. Warmer weather now has people out sunning themselves on the interlocking stone patios and common grounds.

Staff at the Recreation Center publish a monthly Calendar of Events that is not limited to playing Cards but Euchre Tournaments, Bridge, Library, Yoga, and Pool events.

The townhouse complex itself has 100 executive townhomes, some with walk out basement and finer appointments. There are a select number of end units that often command a strong premium.

This complex is now 20 years old and still garners a premium for it's gated community security and exceptional grounds. Many residents are walking along the private paths or with the grounds of the complex.
